A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On May 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a freight vehicle of about 1km and one ton of the Ewing-III, without obtaining a driver’s license, in the section of about 1km from May 23, 2017 to the front road of the 2537 Stack-si, Hocheon-si, Hocheon-si, Gocheon-si; (b) from the front day of the 2537 Stack-si to the front day of the inspection station at the same time.

2. Although the Defendant was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road which was not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation for Loss, the Defendant operated the 1 ton cargo vehicle owned by the Defendant, which was owned by the Defendant and was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place set forth in the preceding

On August 25, 2017, the Defendant driven the Ewing and III cargo vehicle from around 08:00 on August 25, 2017 to the roads in front of the National Health Insurance Kimpo-si, 795-ro 137, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Dong-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, without obtaining a driver's license on around 08:0,00.
