Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 4.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 15, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of suspension of execution on June 23, 2016 for fraud in the Gangnam Branch Branch of the Chuncheon District Court, which was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for fraud, and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 23, 2016, and is currently under suspension of execution. On March 22, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won for a violation of road traffic laws (unlicensed driving) in the same court and is currently under suspension of the appellate trial.

1. On April 2, 2017, the Defendant was driving the B-wing and Class-III cargo in the section of approximately 65 km from around 16:04 to the front of the police base in the 1080 km-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, through the Agricultural Cooperative at 3555 on the 14:30th day of the same day, from the 13:30-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-do

The owner of a motor vehicle violating the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, but the Defendant operated the motor vehicle B/III, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, as described in paragraph (1) of around 16:04, on April 2, 2017.

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. The reason for sentencing of Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Provisional Payment Order has committed the instant crime without being aware of it during the period of probation, and the nature of such crime is poor.

However, the health status of the defendant is good.
