Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a Japanese company established for the purpose of selling, lending, and advertising luminous bulletin board or electronic advertising board. The Defendant is a Korean company established for the purpose of advertising, manufacturing, and selling, etc. of lighting LD products.
B.
