When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 29, 2018, at around 03:05, the Defendant driven a Creki knife with approximately 10km distance from the road near the “house flick,” located in Busan Metropolitan City, Busan, to the road front of the entrance of the Yellow Age tunnel located in the same city-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul, while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.227% during blood.
