Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Anyone is prohibited from contributing any political fund by means that are not provided for in the Political Funds Act, and anyone who intends to contribute any support fund to any political party before March 13, 2006 shall contribute any support fund to the supporters' association of the political party and shall not directly contribute any support fund to any political party, and from contributing any support fund to any political party from March 13, 2006 when the supporters' association of the political party is abolished.

The defendant is a national or public school teacher who is a state public official on March 1, 1997 and is currently in office as a C elementary school teacher.

On or before February 2004, the Defendant applied for “the automatic payment through the cmp transfer method” to D parties (the payer number E), and around July 26, 2006, via the Cms transfer method to the financial settlement center located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant transferred KRW 10,000 from the Defendant’s national bank account to the Defendant’s national bank account located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City, for the purpose of supporting payments from March 26, 2008, from that time, the Defendant transferred KRW 10,000 from the Defendant’s national bank account to the Defendant’s national bank account in the name of the National Bank’s opening of the business department located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, for support payments to the same period from March 26, 2008. However, it is insufficient to find that the Defendant intended to directly pay the “party membership fee” to a political party under the Political Fund Act as stated in the list of crimes committed against the Defendant.

The portion charged by the prosecution for paying the party membership fee under the name of "party membership fee" shall be changed to be paid under the name of "support fund".
