Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who has taken over an automobile registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall make an application for the registration of ownership transfer to the competent authorities within fifteen days after having taken over it;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not file an application for registration of transfer without justifiable grounds until 15 days have elapsed from the date of purchase, even though the Defendant purchased C's car from B at a Hansan-si and below the Hansan-si on February 2017.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, on March 15, 2017, the Defendant operated a CP car in the vicinity of the Cheongdo-gun located in the Cheongdo-gun located in the Cheongdo-si, Chungcheongnam-do-si around 13:20 on March 15, 2017.

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. Article 334 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act concerning the order of provisional payment;
