All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. Although examining the reasoning of the lower judgment as to the Defendant’s grounds of appeal based on evidence, the lower court did not exhaust all necessary deliberations, but did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the principle of guaranteeing the Defendant’s right to defense, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

2. Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment as to the grounds of appeal by the prosecutor in light of the record, the lower court did not err by failing to exhaust all necessary deliberations, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the elements of a crime of interference with general traffic, as alleged in the grounds of appeal, on the ground that there was no proof of crime regarding the general traffic obstruction among the facts charged in the instant case as of May 1, 2013, July 6, 2013, and August 15, 2013.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
