1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs, Defendant D, and G are children of the deceased I (Death on May 17, 2012, hereinafter “the deceased”), and Defendant E and F are Defendant D’s wife and children.

B. The Deceased owned 33 parcels of land listed in [Attachment 1 through 3] and H land in Jeonnam-gun, Jeonnam-gun (hereinafter “instant land”). However, among the instant land, the registration of ownership transfer was completed as follows on the ground of donation on March 7, 2012, and on the remainder of the instant land due to donation on March 5, 2012, respectively.

1) As to the land listed in paragraph (1) in the separate sheet No. 1, the Gangwon District Court of Gwangju District as the receipt of No. 1992 on March 12, 2012, as to the land listed in the separate sheet No. 1, as to the land listed in the separate sheet No. 1, the registration of the branch court of Gwangju District Court as to the land listed in the separate sheet No. 1, as well as the registration of the branch court of Gwangju District Court as to the land listed in the separate sheet No. 1, and as to the remaining land listed in the separate sheet No. 1, the registration of the branch court of Gwangju District Court as to the remaining land was completed on March 23, 2012, as to the land listed in the separate sheet No. 2, and the registration of the transfer of ownership in the name of Defendant E was completed.

3) With respect to the land indicated in the attached list No. 3, the registration of the Maritime Court of Gwangju metropolitan District and the registration of the transfer of ownership in Defendant F’s name was completed as of March 12, 2012, as of the land received on March 12, 2012. (4) The registration of the Maritime Court of Gwangju metropolitan with respect to the 1,720 square meters of the land in the name of Defendant F, Nam-gun, Nam-gun, Namnam-gun, and the registration of the transfer of ownership in the name of Defendant G was completed
