A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

5,100,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On February 25, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year by the Changwon District Court for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence at a detention house on September 22, 2014, and is not a narcotics handler.

1. On June 30, 2016, around June 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received 2.5 million won from C to the Defendant’s Lam’s account in the name of the Nonghyup Bank (P); (b) purchased and sold the rophone by means of cutting off a plastic phone with approximately five glopon to C in the car operated by the Defendant, who stopped near the F Hospital located in the Sung-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, 20:30 on the same day; and (c) sold the rophone in the way of cutting off a plastic phone with approximately five ghopon to C in the car operated by the Defendant.

2. On July 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 500,000 from around July 26, 2016 to the Nonghyup Bank account in the name of the said L; (b) purchased and sold a disposable phone in the Defendant’s vehicle stopping in Q in the vicinity of Q of Chang-si around 19:30 on the same day, in the Defendant’s 19:30 on the day, in which the Defendant’s operation, parked in Q of Chang-si, Chang-si, Seoul, in approximately 0.8g of opphone to C.

3. On September 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 2.1 million from C to the said L bank account on September 9, 2016; and (b) purchased and sold the Lphone in a manner of drying up the white part of the Defendant’s operation on the part of the Defendant’s vehicle stopping in the vicinity of the Twit Station at Changwon-si, Changwon-si, around 23:00 on the same day, to C in the manner of cutting down the white part of the plastic part of the plastic part of which approximately five g of the instant L, which was 5g of the plastic part of the Defendant’s operation.
