1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 61,395,400 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 6, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the respective descriptions and arguments in Gap evidence 1, 2, and 3, the plaintiff is obligated to pay to the defendant 15% annual damages calculated from September 6, 2017 to December 2016 at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which is the day following the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order, to the day of complete payment, as the defendant is entitled to pay to the plaintiff 153,795,40 won per annum from September 6, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

Therefore, since all of the plaintiff's claims are reasonable, it is decided as per Disposition by admitting them.
