1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 241,579,760 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 19, 2018 to the day of full payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a person engaged in semiconductor equipment parts processing business in the trade name of “B,” and the Defendant is a company established for the purpose of manufacturing and selling meat packaging equipment.

B. The Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to manufacture and supply machinery parts as ordered by the Defendant.

From July 2017 to January 2018, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with machinery parts equivalent to KRW 300,100,000 for goods.

Accordingly, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the remainder amount of KRW 241,579,760, except for the remainder amount of the goods paid to the Plaintiff at KRW 300,100,000, and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from July 19, 2018 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
