Punishment of the crime

The defendant was aware of the victim B (n, 29 years of age) while working in the main place, and he was found to be insulting by the victim while drinking alcohol together with the victim in early 2019.

2. 피고인은 2019. 10. 27. 06:21경 전항 기재 연습실에서 술에 취한 상태로 자신의 휴대전화기를 이용하여 발신번호가 표시되지 않도록 하여 위 피해자의 휴대전화기로 전화를 걸어 피해자에게 “너 따먹고 싶다고.”, “나 딸딸이 치는 소리 들려줄까 ”, “나 대줄 거야 누나 보지 빨고 싶은데.”, “누나 대줄 거야 누나 보지 ”, “날 싸게 해줘 누나.”, “나 고잔데 날 싸게 좀 해줘봐.”라는 등 말을 하였다.
