A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

179,600 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The above additional collection shall be reasonable.

Punishment of the crime

2. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc.;

A. On December 2018, 2018, the Defendant purchased and sold marijuana, 100,000 won from J to I located in Chuncheon-si H and approximately 20,00,00 of the 20 marijuana (per approximately 5g).
