A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence 1 or 2 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant dealt with the psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (i.e., a single philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), as follows:

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On April 2019, the Defendant: (a) contacted the Defendant’s residence of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Building C with his nameless penphone sales books via the Internet; (b) wired the Defendant’s purchase price of 450,000 won from the ATM device around the Defendant’s residence to the non-deposit account; and (c) collected approximately 0.4g of the phiphone which was concealed in the first floor mail near the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, by collecting approximately 0.4g of the phiphone.

B. On June 16, 2019, the Defendant, along with E around June 16, 2019, intended to purchase philopon from the sales volume of the philopon with E, and E is the same year.

6. Around 11:03, at least 40,000 won of the purchase price of chophones in a new bank account (Account Number G) in the name of F Co., Ltd., and the Defendant and E purchased chophones in collusion with E by collecting approximately 0.4g of chophones concealed in the H non-deflacing stairs near Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the same day.

2. At around 20:52 on May 18, 2019, the Defendant administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.03g of phiphones into a single-use injection machine at the residence of the above Defendant and dilution them with raw water and treating them into arms, and from that time as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

6. From 20:00 to 20:00, 200 administered philophones independently or in collusion with E on five occasions.
