Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 12, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 17:10 on the 17:10th century, and around 7:7:10, at the Seo-gu Apartment Complex, the victim C (the 76-year-old) who was not good for usual appraisal was laid out of the Defendant’s center for senior citizens; (b) in dispute with the victim, the victim’s neck was laid down more than twice on the floor; and (c) caused the victim to set a fixed fin of the mold, which was find with the inside and outside of the floor; and (d) caused the victim to take approximately three weeks of treatment.
