1. The Defendant shall register the resignation of an inside director and representative director on the ground of resignation as of October 22, 201 to the Plaintiff.

On July 22, 2011, the Plaintiff indicated his/her claim as a director and representative director of the Defendant’s intra-company director and representative director, and expressed his/her intention of resignation several times to C (the main name: D) who is the Defendant’s actual business owner after three months thereafter, but refuses to implement the procedure for registration of resignation.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to implement the registration procedure for resignation of inside director and representative director to the plaintiff.
