1. On April 19, 2018, the Plaintiff was appointed as the Defendant’s intra-company director.

Although the Plaintiff intended to resign from the intra-company director, the Defendant is refusing to implement the procedure for the registration of resignation without justifiable grounds.

On May 14, 2018, the Plaintiff sent to the Defendant a document stating that he/she will resign from an intra-company director. As such, the Defendant is obligated to implement the registration procedure for resignation of an intra-company director on the ground of resignation as of May 14, 2018.
