Basic Facts
A. Y Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant company”) is a company that runs a multi-level marketing business after completing registration of multi-level marketing business with Seoul Metropolitan Government around 201 pursuant to the Door-to-Door Sales Act (hereinafter “Door Sales Act”).
B. The Plaintiffs are multi-level marketing salespersons of the instant company and the Defendants were those who worked in the instant company. Defendant T representative director, Defendant U U was registered as an intra-company director from February 19, 2014 to February 27, 2015, Defendant V was transferred the right of management, Defendant W was appointed as an operating member, Defendant W was appointed as a multi-level marketing salesperson, and X was engaged in activities such as recommending the Z of multi-level marketing salesperson.
C. The instant company divided the class according to the business performance for the management of multi-level marketing salespersons, and the elevated structure consists of the class “DS (DS) - practicalber - Mad - Salphish - Smond- Blomond - Tlomond - Tlomond.”
The Plaintiffs registered as multi-level marketing salespersons of the instant company and received support allowances from the instant company after selling the products, and paid allowances to multi-level marketing salespersons of a certain class or higher from January 1, 2014.
