Criminal facts

around June 10, 2012, the Defendant participated in the “National Democratic Heats and Victims' National Memorial System for the 25th Session of June, 2012,” which was held by the “National Promotion Committee for the Korean People's Memorial for the 25th Session” at the Seoul Square located in Taepon-ro 1, Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul, which was driven by the Defendant, with 500 persons and 50 persons, occupied the road in front of the Korean Press Center.

Accordingly, around 17:00 on June 10, 2012, police officers belonging to the Seoul Southern Police Station or police officers belonging to the Seoul Central Police Agency were trying to stop their driving along the crosswalk in front of the Korea Press Center located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, and 300 participants tried to stop driving along the crosswalks.

During that process, a male participant was committing violence, such as assaulting and assaulting D with drinking to a policeman belonging to the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency No. 22 police agency, which was committed by the police officer belonging to the 22 police group, to arrest the above male participant as a flagrant offender for the obstruction of performance of official duties, and the defendant was committing assaulting E, which was committed by the police officer belonging to the 22 police group.

Accordingly, the defendant committed violence to police officers and obstructed the legitimate execution of duties of police officers with regard to arrest of flagrant offenders.

On May 19, 2012, the Defendant participated in the "Korean War" held by the Korean Democratic Trade Union Federation (hereinafter referred to as the "Civil Union") and the "Mon Noon Union (hereinafter referred to as the "Monno-Mon Union") in the Seoul Central District square located in Jung-gu, Seoul.

On May 14, 2012, the Civil Labor gun and metal labor union reported to the Seoul Southern Police Station on May 14, 2012 that they will take a pedago in the Seoul Station by using two lanes after the completion of the above assembly from the Seoul Southern Police Station to the Korean literature through the Hodae-gu Office of Seoul. Accordingly, approximately KRW 3,500 participants in the above assembly, including the defendant, will take a pedago on May 19, 2012.
