1. All of the plaintiffs' primary claims are dismissed.

2. The defendant is the defendant's "request amount" in the attached list to the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts and relevant statutes;

(a)The following facts are not disputed between the parties or may be acknowledged by the respective descriptions and images of Gap evidence 1 to 29, evidence 31, evidence 2 to 4 of Eul (including each number), and the purport of the whole pleadings:

1) AA Co., Ltd. (former Trade Name AB Co., Ltd., Ltd., hereinafter “A”).

(2) The term “sports center” means a sports center (hereinafter “instant sports center”) in the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and seven parcels and its ground after obtaining approval of a business plan under the former Installation and Utilization of Sports Facilities Act (amended by Act No. 5636, Jan. 18, 1999) on August 22, 1998 and completing the registration of a comprehensive sports facility business on September 22, 1998.

(2) The Plaintiffs entered into an membership agreement with A to join the instant sports center as a member (hereinafter “each of the instant membership agreements”) and paid each of the corresponding money stated in the separate sheet “security deposit” as stated in the separate sheet.

AD, the operator of AA, was operating a golf practice range (hereinafter “the instant outdoor golf practice range”) on the ground of Gangseo-gu Seoul and 19 lots adjacent to the instant sports center, Gangseo-gu, Seoul. However, AA had the members of the instant sports center available the instant outdoor golf practice range.

3) The terms and conditions for the use of members of the instant sports center (amended and enforced on December 1, 199) and the details relating to the instruction for admission are as follows. [General, Article 5 of the Terms and Conditions for the Use of Special VIP Members, and Article 6 of the same Act as a general corporate member who is identical with a general family member who is identical to a two members of the instant sports center, and a two members of the usage fees, who are not qualified for membership and are not qualified for membership and are at least 20 years of age and at least one general individual member, and the spouse of the user, who is at least two members of the personal member, who are members of the usage fees, and three members of the non-permanent corporate body, who are at least three members of the non-permanent corporate group.
