1. The Defendant’s KRW 6,559,854 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate from September 9, 2015 to March 28, 2017.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff concluded an automobile comprehensive insurance contract with C&C Co., Ltd. and the cargo liability insurance contract, and the Defendant concluded an automobile comprehensive insurance contract with C/B vehicle (hereinafter “Defendant vehicle”).

나. 피고 차량의 피보험자 A의 배우자인 C은 2015. 3. 13. 10:00경 피고 차량을 운전하여 전북 부안군 소재 서해안 고속도로 하행선 110km 지점 편도 2차로 중 1차로를 진행하던 중 젖어 있는 도로에 미끄러져 중앙분리대를 충격하고 튕겨져 우측 갓길로 진행하게 되었고, 그 과정에서 2차로를 진행하던 D 카고트럭 차량(이하 ‘소외 차량’이라 한다)의 우측 앞 범퍼가 피고 차량의 좌측 뒷 범퍼를 충격(이하 ‘1차 사고’라 한다)하였으며, 그 상태로 소외 차량은 2차로에, 피고 차량은 우측 갓길에 각 정차하였다. 다. 1차 사고 직후 소외 차량의 운전자인 E은 차에서 내려 피고 차량의 운전자인 C에게 차량 밖으로 나오라고 하였고, 소외 차량 앞에서 휴대폰으로 사고 신고를 하고 있었는데, 위 도로 2차로에서 소외 차량을 뒤따르던 주식회사 삼우에프앤지 소유의 F 카고트럭 차량(이하 ‘원고 차량’이라 한다)의 운전자인 G은 정차한 소외 차량을 뒤늦게 발견하고 소외 차량의 후미를 들이받았다(이하 ‘2차 사고’라 한다). 라.

E. The plaintiff is equivalent to 80% of the standard supply price of the cargo of this case following the damage adjustment procedure.
