Punishment of the crime
around January 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) reported on the Internet “B” website that the Victim C purchases bed and contacted with the Victim in writing and sent KRW 1.1 million to a bank account in the name of the Victim; and (b) sent KRW 1.1 million to a bank account (E) around January 1, 2019.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 470,000 won as the price for goods from the victim to the D Bank Account (E) in the name of the Defendant at around 15:07 on the same day.
2. On April 19, 2019, the Defendant posted a notice on the Internet “F” website stating that the victim H purchased beer prone and sold the above goods by communicating with the victim. However, at the time, the Defendant did not have the above beer prone, and the Defendant merely thought that the sales proceeds would be used as living expenses, etc.
