Punishment of the crime

[2013 Highest 4191] The Defendant, on August 27, 2013, 2013, entered the “X” PC room located in the 5th floor of Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Masan-si, and carried out games, Y, an employee of the Defendant, collected a credit cooperative with approximately 400,000 won in the market price where Y was managed by the victim in the calculation room using the gap in cleaning and left the said PC room.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen the property of the victim management.

1. On September 10, 2013, around 12:18, the Defendant calculated the usage fee in the “APC bank” located within the territory of the Manan-gu, Ansan-si. On September 10, 2013, the Defendant, an employee of the said PC bank, entered the PC bank into the said PC bank, thereby bringing 3 smartphone 1,000,000 won at the gallon-si, the market value of which is equivalent to 500,000,000 won of the victim’s ownership on the PC platform.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.

2. On September 13, 2013, at around 06:27, the Defendant brought about a gallon 2 smartphone and a physical card in the “ADPC room” located on the first floor of the AC Building AC in Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Sinpo-si, the Defendant brought about a gallon 2 smartphone and a gallon 1,000,000 won at the market price owned by the victim who was lockedly on his/her books.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
