Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On August 31, 2015, the Defendant called “2016 Godan180” to the victim D, who is operating “C summary points located in the Jeonnam-gun in the Jeonnam-gun, from the PC bank located in the Jeonnam-gun on August 31, 2015, saying, “If you send KRW 2 million to the victim, I will work with three sons as well as four sons.”

However, even if you receive 2 million won, they did not have the intention or ability to work as an employee of the above ‘C' store with three same students.

On September 1, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 2 million from the victim to the new bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant on September 1, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

On November 2015, 2015, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim H, who operates the “G summary store” located in the Gangseo-gun F of Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-si, by phoneing the victim H, stating that “I will work in North Korea, but because there is no oil value, I will deposit KRW 250,000 won in the oil value.”

However, even if the defendant receives money, he did not have the intention or ability to work as an employee of the above "G's store".

On November 13, 2016, the Defendant received 250,000 won from the victim to the new bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant on the pretext of oil value.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

On October 16, 2014, the Defendant called “2016 Godan198” to the victim K, who operates the “J entertainment tavern” located in Seocho-si I, that “If you send KRW 200,000 won at their own value and food expenses, you will take three AC and work.”

However, even if receiving money in fact, there was no intention or ability to work as an employee of the said “J entertainment tavern” with three ACs.

The defendant is the defendant's name on the same day under the name of oil value and food expenses from the victim.
