Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 7, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would work in the multilateral bank by sending KRW 500,000 to the Defendant’s dwelling in Hongcheon-gun C, Hongcheon-do, and sending to the Defendant KRW 500,000,000,000, in advance, from the Defendant’s dwelling in Hongcheon-gun C.”

However, even if the defendant receives the advance payment, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to work as an employee from the victim's multiples.

The Defendant received 500,000 won from the damaged party to the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of the Defendant on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

2. The Defendant, at around 18:08 on the same day, made a false statement to the effect that “if there is no oil value, 200,000 won is sent to the victim again, 20,000 won will be added up to 7,000 won.” On the same day, 20,000 won was remitted from the victim to the account of the above Defendant on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

3. The defendant has committed the same harm.

6. 8. 09.00 Telephones to the victim at the same place and sending 3.50,000,000 won to the victim as Hasheshe has to find animals at the place of introduction.

In the same day, the victim was transferred KRW 350,00 from the victim’s account in advance on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

4. The defendant has committed the same harm.

6. 10. 10. 10. 10. 02 by calls from the victim at the same place and sending 4.20,000 won to 4.20,000 won as Hasheshe has to repair three persons who are carrying 80 km rice.

In the same day, 420,000 won was remitted from the victim to the account of the above defendant on the same day.
