Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person operating a secondhand trading company with the trade name “C” in Busan Metropolitan City Shipping Daegu, and the victim E (n, 22 years of age), and F (n, 30 years of age) is an administrative employee of the C.

On May 15, 2018, the Defendant got four female employees of the administrative office, including victims, and called “H restaurant” located in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City G.

1. Crimes against victims E;

A. The Defendant, at around 20:40 on the same day, completed the first round of the “H restaurant” at around 20:40 on the same day, and got off the way to move to the second place, with his own hand, was cut off to the Defendant, and got off the shoulder of the victim E.
