Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 16, 2015, at around 16:00, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s beauty room business by force, such as: (a) the victim, the owner of the beauty room, was at the site of the cosmetic room in Busan, on the ground that the victim E, who was the owner of the cosmetic, was in a different place; (b) the victim, at the site of the cosmetic room, was coming to the cosmetic; (c) the victim, at the entrance of the entrance; and (d) the victim was able to take care of the entrance; and (d) the victim was unable to enter other customers, such as taking a bath at the entrance of the entrance.
