The prosecutor's appeal is dismissed.

1. The main point of the grounds for appeal is that the sentence imposed by the court below on the defendant (the suspended sentence of imprisonment for eight months) is too unhued and unfair.

2. In light of the Defendant’s attitude, the police officer, who is obliged to execute the law fairly, disclosed information learned in the course of performing his duties to a private person several times, and the Defendant’s act was detrimental to the fairness and trust in law enforcement. However, there is no outcome that the Defendant led to the Defendant’s confession of the crime of this case and the commission of the crime of this case. The Defendant did not receive money or valuables in relation to the crime of this case, or did not appear to have been involved in other unlawful purposes. The Defendant had faithfully performed his duties as a police officer for about twenty-six years. In light of the Defendant’s attitude, the Defendant had already been subject to a heavy disciplinary measure of suspension from office for 2 months due to the instant crime of this case, and the Defendant had already been sentenced to suspended sentence or more severe punishment in light of the contents and consequence of the instant crime, and thus, it appears that the Defendant’s status would be lost due to the Defendant’s act of this case, and there is no reason to view the Defendant’s age, age, motive, motive and motive of the instant crime of this case.

3. In conclusion, the prosecutor's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the prosecutor's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
