Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Although a person who intends to operate an electrical construction business is registered with the Mayor/Do Governor having jurisdiction over the location of the principal place of business as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Defendant engaged in the electrical construction business with the trade name "C" without registering with the Governor from the Jeonnam-gun, Yongnam-gun, B around October 11, 2019 to February 20, 2020.
