If a fine is not paid, the period shall be calculated by converting 50,000 won into one day.

On August 28, 2012, around 00:33, the Defendant driven a B car without a driver’s license, and driven a approximately five kilometer distance from the street in front of the Dowon-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, to the street in front of the Dowon-gu, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, to the river in front of the Danam-si, Sungnam-si.
