A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is not a person who is engaged in the DJ activities and performance planning, and is not a narcotics handler.

"2017 Gohap 157"

1. On July 3, 2016, around 00:30, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 28g (1 greenhouses) of hemp from G (K and L) in cash, within the I’s bus stops located in H hotel in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G, located in the bus stops in front of the H hotel in Gangnam-gu.

2. 피고인은 2016. 7. 3. 저녁 무렵 서울 강남구 M, 524호에서 위와 같이 매수한 대마 중 약 1g 을 동그랗게 말은 담배 은박지 안에 넣어 담배처럼 말아 흡연하는 방법으로 대마를 1회 흡연하였다.

3. On September 1, 2016, at around 02:30 (hereinafter referred to as “on-site view of Thailand”) the Defendant smoked marijuana once by attaching approximately 0.5g (one part of large tobacco per unit) of marijuana at Cockn’s “O” club located in Thailand N in Thailand as a cockter.

4. On September 1, 2016, at around 03:00, the Defendant, along with P, Q, R, and S, drinked MDMA (hereinafter “EX”) which is a local mental medicine medicine at the above “O” club, respectively, by 0.5 hours.

As a result, the Defendant administered an X-gu in collaboration with P, Q, R, and S.

5. On September 1, 2016, around 03:30 on September 1, 2016, the Defendant, along with P, Q, R, and S, set up two separate 0.02g of Cocar each at the above “O” clubs, and inhaled cocars.

Accordingly, the Defendant used Cocar jointly with P, Q, R, and S.

"2017 Gohap 722"

1. On July 3, 2016, between around 01:00 and around 02:00, the Defendant: (a) left the Defendant’s BM passenger car parked in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Ttel parking lot on the bM passenger car along with P; (b) left the bM passenger car on the bM car; (c) left the bM car on the bM car; and (d) left the balter, and drank the smoke.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana jointly with P.

2. The Defendant for purchase of X posters and marijuana at around 02:00 on September 1, 2016, with P, Q, R, S, etc. at the above “O” age club, and with his nameless employees, marijuana at approximately KRW 3,000,000,000 in the Thailand from his nameless employees (around 100,000,000 won in the Republic of Korea).
