1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months;

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of four years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. Joint crimes committed by Defendant A and B;

A. The Defendants, around 03:00 on January 2, 2016, 190, 190: (a) around H elementary school located in Seo-gu, Busan; (b) Defendant A her franced the pipe created on the Gab Park Ho-ho; and (c) franced the ma by inserting it into the pipe created on the Gab Park Ho-ho; and (d) francing it.

Defendant

B, after being paid less than the tobacco initials of one cigarette, smoking the hemp in a way that the smoke is cut by inserting it into a large amount of marijuana and attaching it with a fire.

B. On January 4, 2016, at around 02:00, the Defendants smoked marijuana together by inserting a pipe made from the K-to-Kel ho Lake located in the Gangseo-gu Busan Gangseo-gu Busan J in a way of cutting off a non-fluored marijuana and attaching a fire to it.

On January 4, 2016, around 22:00, the Defendants smoked marijuana with M in the above-mentioned manner at the office located in the third floor of the 3th floor of the Busan Jin-gu Ltel.

On January 8, 2016, around 05:00, the Defendants smoked marijuana at the heading room located in Busan Island N by the aforesaid method.

E. On January 9, 2016, around 05:30 on January 9, 2016, the Defendants smoked marijuana by the aforementioned methods in the Purter’s protection room located in Busan Gangseo-gu J.

2. Defendant A

A. On November 2015, the Defendant 01:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting a pipe made from Qata, Qata, a New York, in Qata, into the Republic of Korea, in Qata, into the Republic of Korea, and attaching a fire, in a manner that makes it smooth for the Defendant to smoke.

B. On November 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 17:00, at the entrance door of the New York RV station of the New York, 2g of marijuana contained in the vinyl paper from Q to vinyl; and (b) 40 US dollars to Q as a consideration therefor.

Accordingly, the Defendant purchased approximately 2g of hemp from Q to USD 40.

On November 1, 2015, the Defendant’s tobacco at the back of the Defendant’s outer village T in New York S around 02:00.
