A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. However, in fact, while driving a cargo vehicle as above, the Defendant was aware that D, after driving the motor device, contacted the light part of D with the left side of the bicycle, and that the repair cost was merely about KRW 200,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.

Therefore, although the defendant tried to acquire insurance money by deceiving the insurer on the occurrence, cause, or content of the insurance accident, the defendant did not request the victim company to investigate the insurance money's false claim and did not commit an attempted crime.

2. On March 19, 2018, the Defendant in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall color the Defendant in front of the J in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul.
