【Defendant A was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Seoul Eastern District Court on July 24, 2008; on June 24, 2011, the Seoul Eastern District Court sentenced to four years of imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime; on March 17, 2016, the Seoul East Eastern District Court sentenced to three years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual special larceny; on March 28, 2019, the execution of the said final sentence was completed at the Ansan Prison on March 28, 2019; on March 5, 2020, the said judgment became final and conclusive on March 13, 2020.
