1. The following facts do not conflict between the parties, or may be acknowledged by taking account of the whole purport of the pleadings in each entry of Gap evidence Nos. 1 to 3, Gap evidence No. 1 to 2, Gap evidence No. 3, Gap evidence No. 5-2 to 4, Gap evidence No. 9-1 to 5, and Gap evidence No. 10.

The Defendants as the parties are members of the Daegu Metropolitan City bus transportation business association, which is a company engaged in the urban bus transportation business. The Plaintiffs were employed by each Defendant indicated in the “Defendant” list 1, and worked or worked as an urban bus driver. The labor relationship between the Defendants and the Defendants was determined by the collective agreement and wage agreements concluded between Daegu Metropolitan City bus transportation business association and the Daegu bus branch of the National Automobile Trade Union Federation.
