1. Each Defendant stated in the separate sheet “Defendant” in the separate sheet No. 1 shall be attached to each Plaintiff indicated in the same list “Plaintiff”.

The following facts do not conflict between the parties, or may be acknowledged by taking account of the whole purport of the pleadings in each entry of Gap evidence Nos. 1 to 3, Gap evidence No. 1 to 2, Gap evidence No. 3, Gap evidence No. 5-2 to 4, Gap evidence No. 9-1 to 5, and Gap evidence No. 10.

The Defendants as the parties are members of the Daegu Metropolitan City bus transportation business association, which is a company engaged in the urban bus transportation business. The Plaintiffs were employed by each Defendant indicated in the “Defendant” list 1, and worked or worked as an urban bus driver. The labor relationship between the Defendants and the Defendants was determined by the collective agreement and wage agreements concluded between Daegu Metropolitan City bus transportation business association and the Daegu bus branch of the National Automobile Trade Union Federation.

B. The main contents of the collective agreement and wage agreement are as follows: (a) the collective agreement and wage agreement between the Daegu Metropolitan City Bus Transport Business Association and the Daegu Bus Branch of the Korean Automobile Workers’ Union (hereinafter “instant collective agreement and wage agreement”) from 2007 to 2009.

1) The working system and working hours are two hours per day, eight hours per day, forty hours per week, twenty-four days per month, twenty-four days per month, and twenty-four days per month (two-two days per day of basic work). In principle, if a worker has worked for a prescribed period of one week, one day’s paid leave shall be in principle. The working hours are eight hours per day’s basic work, one hour of overtime work (two hours per day), forty hours per week’s basic work, five hours of overtime work (one hour per day), and the overtime working hours are nine hours per day’s overtime (including two hours per day in two hours per day), and the overtime working hours shall be one eight hours per day’s overtime (including two hours per day), and the working hours are to work for a company in accordance with the dispatch table and to leave the company after completing the operation from the company under the dispatch table. The wage system of a driver in February shall be based on the monthly wage system.
