Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 10:20 on June 2, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the police assigned at the C court guards belonging to the C court, who had been performing the duty of guard at the court while entering the entrance entrance of the latter part of the C court, which is prohibited from entering the D PP car; and (b) obstructed E’s legitimate execution of duties concerning E’s court guard service by assaulting the police assigned at the C court, who had been performing the duty of guard at the C court, by driving the D PP car.
