Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The term "sports soil" is an Internet similar sports soil site established to issue sports betting tickets or similar things (including the issuance by means of information and communications networks) by a person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or the entrusted business entity, to provide property or financial benefits (hereinafter referred to as "similar act") to persons with heavy results.

No person shall gamble by using a similar site as above.

From January 28, 2011, the Defendant sent KRW 100,00,00 to the G account designated in the sports territory by accessing the above site at the 202 Dong Dong 410, Gunsan-si B apartment 202 and 410 from January 27, 201, and predicted various sports events, such as a stable, camping, etc. by charging corresponding game money, and downloading the game money in the corresponding games, and as a result, he was paid a prize according to the pre-determined dividend rate if he was fit, and was unable to receive a refund if he was unable to do so, until June 27, 2011, he remitted total amount of KRW 164,30,612,00 to the sports territory account as dividend in the attached list of crimes, and received KRW 14,78,00,000 in total at 54 times, under the pretext of dividend payment.
