Punishment of the crime

On October 7, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor by the Incheon District Court on the charge of forging official documents, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 15, 2015.

The Defendant, together with C, D, and E, proposed that applicants for loans who are not able to receive a loan by normal means such as bad credit holders, etc., submit a false certificate of employment and a false statement of forged entry and departure transactions to the lending company so that they can receive a loan, and provided good offices for the lending by paying 20% of the loan as loan brokerage commission.

C In this regard, as if the loan applicants were in office in the so-called "F company" and other documents, C took charge of loan brokerage by vicariously making loan applicants using a false employment certificate, false health insurance qualification acquisition certificate, health long-term medical care insurance premium payment confirmation, and deposit and withdrawal transaction statement, etc., and notifying loan applicants to the lending companies by fraud. The Defendant confirmed that the loan applicants were in office from the lending company and confirmed that the loan applicants were in office in the private company on the certificate of employment. D and E shared roles with each other by taking charge of preparing loan documents and collecting fees.
