A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 30, 2001, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year by imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court, and on August 26, 2003, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months by imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Seocheon Branch of the Gwangju District Court on December 22, 2009, and was sentenced to two years and six months by imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion larceny at the Seoul Central District Court on December 22, 2009, and on April 19, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Gwangju District Court on January 29, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence in South prison on September 9, 2018.

Criminal facts

On September 11, 2018, the Defendant: (a) purchased 1 punishment from D convenience stores located in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, about 14:00 on September 11, 2018 at night; (b) purchased 1 stamper in the nearby E market; (c) found on September 19:24, 2018 that the victim G, the victim H is living in front of the Seo-gu, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu, and found that the above apartment unit 11 was cut out; (d) opened 1 0 straws without locking with the above 1 0 straw, with the 0 20 straw, with the 0 20 strawer, with the 0 20 strawer, and with the 0 20 strawer, the 0 20 strawer in the market price of the victim’s G; and (e) found that the 10 strawer in the above 0 20 strawer.

Accordingly, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times due to theft, etc., and intrudes into the victims' residence at night within three years after the execution of the sentence is completed.
