A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 16, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in Busan District Court on two years and six months on February 3, 2015 and completed the execution of the sentence in Busan Correctional Institution.
1. A thief: (a) the Defendant had had mind to commit retailing in the water for a limited period of time; (b) around March 11, 2015, around 2016:15, at the bus bus stops located in front of the Korean bank located in 22-1 in Busan Northern-gu, the Defendant: (c) took a bief to find out that the victim C was aware of both descendants, and that the bief was taken out from the bief, and that the bief was fluened, and that the bief was fluened with the upper part of the victim’s back, and then cut off one female flaf at the market price equivalent to 79,000,000 won, containing the amount of KRW 5 credit cards, such as Nonghyup C, cash 50,000.
2. On the same day, at around 16:24, the Defendant violated the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) purchased a victim E-management store located in Busan Northern-gu, a man’s oral 2,00 square meters of age; (b) did so as to have the intent or ability to pay the price; and (c) issued the victim’s NAC card which stolen as in the preceding paragraph; and (d) signed on the card screen.
However, in fact, a stolen card issued to the victim did not have the intention or ability to pay the price differently because the defendant did not have the right to use it.
The Defendant illegally uses the same stolen credit card, deceiving the victim, and deceiving him/her by taking an oral two turn on an emergency warning line equivalent to the market price of 366,000 won from the victim, and, on the same day, fraudulently uses the stolen credit card through the above three times, as shown in the attached list of crimes on the same day, and received property, such as clothes, etc. equivalent to the total market price of 584,800 won from the victims.
3. The Defendant who attempted fraud shall be at least 16:40 on the same day.
