A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant committed each of the following crimes under the influence that it is difficult for the Defendant to diversize stimulative disorder, the existing symptoms of mental disorder, such as overcoming, overcoming, and reducing the desire of the water surface, and that it is difficult to control the impulses related thereto, and that it lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions.

1. As a result, the defendant abused the victim for the purpose of resisting the recovery of property or evading arrest after theft of the victim's property, and committed an assault to the victim for about two weeks of medical treatment.
2. On the same day 00:57 on the same day, the Defendant suffered property damage from a police officer who was dispatched to the site prior to the O convenience store located in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju-gu, and took a look at the issue of return of the said victim M and the gold gal, while the Defendant was carrying out the Si expenses due to the above victim M and the gold gal, the victim’s market price being used by his hand is 10,00 won.
