A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 19, 2014, at around 00:11, the Defendant: (a) made the victim in distress using a smartphone clock, “G” located near the E station located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, with the price for sexual traffic; (b) made 50,000 won of the price for sexual traffic to the victim; and (c) taken the victim’s bridge using the victim’s camera function as the camera of the LG G3 smartphone owned by the Defendant without the consent of the victim; and (d) posted the victim’s bridge on the obscenity site of “H” using the above smartphone at a location

2. On February 23, 2015, at around 14:38, the Defendant: (a) made a smartphone display using the “G” in the middle-gu Incheon International Market; (b) made 150,000 won payment for sexual traffic to the victims in distress; (c) taken the victim’s bridge using the Defendant’s LG G3 smartphone’s camera function, without the victim’s consent; and (d) posted the victim’s bridge on the obscenity site of “H” using the said smartphone at around that time.

3. On August 10, 2015, the Defendant, at around 22:11, up to 22:11, up to 130,00 won, taken pictures of the victim’s body using the Kamera function of LG G G G3 smartphones owned by the Defendant and posted the victim’s H on the obscene site of “H” using the said smartphone at an insular location around the insular region.

4. On August 20, 2015, at around 23:46, the Defendant: (a) made a smartphone display using the LGG G3 smartphone’s camera function in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, in order to provide the victim with 130,000 won of the price for sexual traffic; (b) taken the victim’s bridge using the victim’s click function in the LG3 smartphone’s camera function; and (c) taken the victim’s boophone at a non-place around that time without the victim’s consent.
