A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

1. 2. 3. B, the Defendant was set off, from the Defendant’s dwelling space, and the Defendant was divingd by taking advantage of the floor around 18 p.m., the Defendant’s clothes and clothes from the victim’s dwelling around the date of the Am. and forced the Defendant to resist.
