1. Fraud;

C. Around 08:40 on May 21, 2015, the Defendant demanded the victim to take aboard the J-si of the victim I to pay the taxi fee to the victim as if the victim would pay the taxi fee, and to leave the destination. However, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay the taxi fee due to the absence of any means of payment, such as cash.

Nevertheless, the Defendant had the victim drive a taxi to the L in K, the destination of which is the destination.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, acquired approximately KRW 4,200 proprietary benefits.

2. Larceny;
