Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On March 19, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for fraud at the Suwon District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Suwon Detention House on May 21, 2014.

1. Around 02:00 on January 31, 2015, the Defendant ordered the Victim C to pay the amount in E’s “E” operated by Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, as if the Defendant would pay the amount.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the food value.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, got the victim from the victim and obtained the victim with the alcohol and communication amounting to 18,000 won.

2. On March 13, 2015, the Defendant committed a crime against the Victim F: (a) around 03:40, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, the Defendant: (b) was doing so as to pay the price before the exit of the Suwon Station No. 8 located in 924, as it was located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; and (c) was boarding a taxi operated by the Victim F.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, did not pay 7,800 won for taxi expenses even before the coastal apartment located in 12, as he was located in Suwon-si, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to the same amount.

3. On March 23, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime against the Victim G: (a) was committed as if he were to pay the price in front of the well-dying Center at the Asia University located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si; and (b) was on board a taxi operated by the Victim G.

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay the taxi fee.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, used a taxi to the front of a coastal apartment located in 12,00, and did not pay 16,000 won for the taxi, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to the same amount.

4. On February 20, 2015, the Defendant committing the crime against the Victim H pays the amount that is paid at the “J” restaurant operated by the Victim H in Suwon-gu I.
