Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The accused is a person who is engaged in driving a Maz car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, the Road Traffic Act, and the Road Traffic Act;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of the said passenger vehicle even though he/she was acquired by transfer of the B M& car registered in the name of the (NN) International Construction in the vicinity of the Changwon City around March 2012, and is not covered by mandatory insurance from the above date to February 11, 2013.
