Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates C(D) located in Busan-gun.

From May 1, 2019 to October 16, 2019, the Defendant purchased an amount equivalent to 110 km (108,900 won at a market price) of Korean Chinese Chinese Chinese Chinese E-Gun in Busan, E-Gun.

A person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall not make a false indication of the place of origin or make an indication likely to cause confusion therewith.

Nevertheless, from May 2019 to October 16, 2019, the Defendant entered the place of origin of kimchi in the above C as a domestic product, and prepared a kimchi straw with domestic products purchased as above, and sold it to many unspecified customers, thereby making a false indication of origin.
