Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 17, 2014, at around 23:37, the Defendant got off the patrol vehicle and went into the E zone after receiving a report of 112 from the slope F belonging to the Busan Northern Police Station E zone, which was called out after receiving the report of 112.

On June 18, 2014, around the Busan Northern Police Station E District, located in G in Busan Northern District, the Defendant committed an assault to F, such as: (a) around the Busan Northern Police Station E District; (b) the F was trying to get the Defendant to go to the earth; (c) the police officer was not taking his own talk; and (d) the police officer was able to take a bath to F; (c) he was able to take her chest on one occasion with his chest, and francing the flab, thereby falling off his working clothes, thereby obstructing the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning voluntary behavior for criminal investigation.
