1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B Co., Ltd. shall pay KRW 85,940,272 and the interest thereon from April 2, 2013 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
.To bear the contributions as follows:
(59m2) Contribution: 300,000,000, business promotion expenses 20,000,000) The subscribers of the E-regional housing association shall pay, without mistake, the contribution according to the schedule of payment of contributions in the application guide. 2) The contributions and business promotion expenses shall, in principle, be managed by the members of the following accounts individually, be paid to each member of the following accounts and shall not be recognized in any case for the contributions and business promotion expenses of the members of the association deposited in addition to the following accounts.
The account for the payment of contributions: The deposit account for the payment of business promotion expenses for completion construction: 630-07207-703 deposit account: the deposit account for the first 10,000-0-200-200-20,000 for the second 15,000-20,000 for the intermediate payment on July 30, 2011, 201, which is KRW 15,000 for the second 15,000,000 for the second 15,000,000,000 for the third 4th 4th 6th 7th 8th 7th 9th 2th 200 (on occupancy) on September 30, 201.
(hereinafter referred to as the “instant contract for joining the association”) is accompanied by the following schedule for the payment of contributions to the association members:
C. On May 26, 201, the date of entering into the instant partnership agreement, the Plaintiff deposited KRW 10,000,000, out of the down payment, into an account in the name of completion construction.
However, in paying the shares of the union members after the Plaintiff, according to the schedule as set out in the agreement of the Association of this case with the seal of G as follows: ① on May 27, 2011, KRW 20,000,000, and ② on June 3, 2011, ② on June 30, 301, ③ on June 50, 30,000, KRW 140,000,000 as well as the total amount of KRW 10,000,000 as of June 30, 200, KRW 10,000,000 as of May 26, 201, KRW 10,000,000, KRW 10,0000,000 as of May 27, 200, KRW 3000,000; and KRW 630,005,000, 3000.
