1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year;
Of the facts charged in the instant case, each of the frauds by May 10, 2017 (attached Form).
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal records] Defendant A was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for forgery of private documents at the Ulsan District Court on June 18, 2015 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Ansan Prison on July 2, 2016.
[2] Defendant A, from January 2017, offered that “G” is a person engaged in a mobile phone sales business in the name of “G” from around Busan’s Y from around January 2017, and Defendant B (the opening name H) is a person engaged in a mobile phone sales business in the name of “J” from around December 2, 2016 to Busan I, and he/she also received an application for the issuance of a mobile phone from N,O, P, Q, R, S, T, etc., with the intention or ability to pay the mobile phone price and the mobile phone service fee without the intention or ability to pay the mobile phone price and the mobile phone service fee if the mobile phone is opened to transfer the mobile phone.” The above P et al. received the application for the issuance of the mobile phone to the Defendants by deceiving the mobile phone operator as if the mobile phone operator had no intention or ability to pay the mobile phone price and the mobile phone fee while selling the mobile phone.
1. Defendant A
A. From March 6, 2017, the Defendant acquiring stolens: (a) at the office of the foregoing “G”; (b) K et al., by deceiving the agents of the telecommunications company or the telecommunications company as above, and (c) purchased 700,000 won or more, and (d) he/she was knowingly aware of the fact that stolens are stolen; and (b) from around that time to May 2017, approximately 13-19 bills of indictment in the same manner as the 13-19 bills of indictment from around the day of the following crime; (c) however, at around 13-19 bills of indictment from around the end of May 2017, the following crimes were stated as 19 times a year, 3,4, 7,8, 8, 10, 10, 11, 14, 16, 17, 18, and 19 re-acquisitions of stolens at the same time.
